1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bajji9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the bajji9 website located at https://bajji9.net and all associated services, games, features, and functionality offered through the platform (collectively, "the Services").

By creating an account on bajji9, accessing the platform in any capacity, placing any bet, making any deposit, claiming any bonus, or using any game available through bajji9, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bajji9 platform and close your account.

bajji9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, bajji9 will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the bajji9 platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current agreement governing their use of the platform.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their English-language meaning. Where any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bajji9 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bajji9 enforces a strict 18+ age restriction across all its services without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual user for personal, recreational purposes — not on behalf of a commercial enterprise or third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on bajji9 or have otherwise been suspended or banned from the platform for any reason.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your personal jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of bajji9 or any affiliated entity.

bajji9 conducts age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which is required before withdrawals above the standard tier threshold are processed. bajji9 reserves the right to request age verification documentation — including a government-issued national identity card or passport — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and the account balance will be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-underage gambling policies.

bajji9 does not guarantee that its services are legal or appropriate for use in every jurisdiction. The User is solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of bajji9 complies with the laws applicable to them. bajji9 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside the platform's operational scope.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bajji9 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one active bajji9 account at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all fields requested in the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change. bajji9 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Credentials & Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajji9 login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your bajji9 account using your credentials will be attributed to you and treated as authorised, regardless of whether you personally carried out that activity, unless you have notified bajji9 of a suspected security breach in advance of the relevant activity occurring.

If you suspect that your bajji9 account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact bajji9 support at [email protected] immediately. bajji9 recommends that all users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, use a unique password not shared with any other online service, and avoid accessing their bajji9 account on shared or public devices.

KYC Verification

bajji9 is required to conduct identity verification under its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. KYC verification is triggered in the following circumstances: (a) when a withdrawal request exceeds the standard unverified tier threshold; (b) when bajji9's risk monitoring systems flag an account for review; or (c) when a user requests a significant account change such as a registered email update or payment method change. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Documents must be legible, unexpired, and submitted in the format requested by the bajji9 support team. KYC documents are handled and stored in accordance with bajji9's Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bajji9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bajji9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the depositing party and bajji9 bears no liability for exchange rate differences.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount at bajji9 is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically credit to the bajji9 account balance within 30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• bajji9 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the user.
• bajji9 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have credited to the bajji9 account balance. If you believe a deposit error has occurred, contact [email protected] immediately.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. bajji9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder's verified identity.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals for accounts at the standard verification tier are processed within 30 minutes of the request being submitted, subject to KYC checks being satisfied.
• Top-tier account holders may receive priority withdrawal processing, targeting a five-minute processing window for standard amounts.
• bajji9 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, which may result in a processing delay beyond the standard window. bajji9 will communicate any such delay to the user via the email address registered to their account.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms, as detailed in Section 5 of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bajji9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail for the purpose of that bonus only.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to a bajji9 account are subject to wagering requirements unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and, where stated, the deposit amount) must be wagered through eligible games before any bonus-derived balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are published clearly in the bonus terms at the time the offer is made available.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended and bonus balances being forfeited.
• bajji9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or discontinue a promotional campaign at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses already accepted by users in good faith.
• Bonus credits may not be transferred between accounts, traded, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.
• bajji9 reserves the right to void bonus credits and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a user has exploited a bonus offer in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
• Bonuses expire after the period specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonuses and any associated wagering progress are forfeited automatically.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using the bajji9 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment process.
• Accessing the bajji9 platform if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one bajji9 account for any reason, including to claim multiple instances of a single-use bonus offer.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with bajji9 games, betting markets, or promotional systems in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over genuine human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting market results.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or malfunctions in any bajji9 game or system for financial gain. bajji9 reserves the right to void any winnings generated as a result of a verifiable system error or odds feed malfunction.
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward bajji9 support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, access control, or verification procedure implemented by bajji9.
• Attempting to access any bajji9 account other than your own registered account.

bajji9's security and fraud monitoring systems operate continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour will be reviewed by the bajji9 compliance team. During a review period, affected accounts may have their withdrawal functionality temporarily suspended pending investigation. bajji9 will communicate the outcome of any compliance review to the account holder via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bajji9 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to processing a voluntary account closure, bajji9 will confirm that there are no pending withdrawal requests, active bonus wagering obligations, or open compliance reviews associated with the account. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the verified payment method on record, subject to standard KYC checks. Bonus credits remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure — to take a break from gambling — bajji9 offers self-exclusion periods ranging from 24 hours to six months, as well as permanent self-exclusion options. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation and take precedence over any active bonus or promotional offer. During a self-exclusion period, bajji9 will take reasonable steps to prevent excluded users from accessing the platform, including blocking login attempts and suppressing promotional communications. Suspension or Closure by bajji9

bajji9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity listed in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account procedures and applicable law.
• A requirement to do so under applicable law or at the direction of a relevant authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed by bajji9 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. bajji9 will communicate the outcome of any enforcement action to the account holder via their registered email address to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajji9 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the bajji9 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

bajji9's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user to their bajji9 account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bajji9 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While bajji9 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. bajji9 is not liable for any losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability, including losses arising from the inability to close an in-play bet, access a game, or process a time-sensitive transaction.

bajji9 is not liable for any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the bajji9 platform — including but not limited to odds, game descriptions, bonus summaries, or sporting statistics — where such information contains typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, or outdated data. bajji9 will take reasonable steps to correct material errors promptly upon becoming aware of them.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bajji9 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by bajji9.
